Mindfulness Group

When: Thursdays (fortnightly) - 2.00pm to 3.00pm

The Faraway CIC’s Mindfulness Meditation Group is for anyone who wants to develop relaxion techniques and learn more about Mindfulness in a supportive and nurturing environment.

In each session, we complete two formal sitting meditations such as body scans, progressive muscle relaxation, visualisations, and breathing exercises, and explore our individual experiences of meditation and mindfulness as autistic people. The group is currently run as a series of courses that can be booked on to.
